MEDICAL: Outpatient Surgery Center
Marina Mechanical worked with Envison Construction to retrofit the 5th floor Outpatient Surgery Center on 450 Sutter in downtown SF near Union Square. Marina Mechanical furnished and installed a boiler, cooling tower, and pump system in conjunction with several heat pumps and steam humidifiers for the Surgery Center.
Coit Tower
Marina Mechanical furnished and provided a new bathroom exhaust system to one of San Francisco's world-famous landmarks: Coit Tower. We worked side by side with Anvil Builders to meet an aggressive scheudule.

Marina Mechanical was the first mechanical contractor in California to receive a Platinum LEED Certification for San Jose's 4th Street Apartments.
RETAIL: Westfield SF Shopping Centre
Located in the downtown SF's Westfield Shopping Centre is the Burberry Brit, a high-end retail store. Marina Mechanical furnished and installed the controls, piping, and HVAC system. If you walk in the store most of the system will be concealed behind architectural slots that house the linear diffusers allowing the customer to focus on the retail rather than the air conditioning.
