1958

Robert Hussey founds W/C Sheet Metal & Furnace Co.

1964

The construction of Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) relocates W/C Sheet Metal from Parrot Street to Marina Boulevard; business name is changed to Marina Heating and Air Conditioning

1990

Jim Hussey, Robert's son purchases Marina Heating and Air Conditioning and merges with his company Bay Point Control, Inc., creating the dba Marina Mechanical

2015

The Board of Directors adopts an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

2020

Marina Mechanical becomes 99% employee owned
