Olivier is responsible for developing the vision and sales strategies aligned with Marina Mechanical Services’ overall business goals and objectives. He manages all commercial services sales activity, reviewing sales coverage and recruiting as needed to ensure resources are utilized effectively to grow business through existing and new customers. He also ensures that sales teams develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, with accurate forecasts of bookings. He began his career selling for Silicon Valley tech start-ups, where his sales leadership helped pre-IPO companies acquire over $100 million in funding. He then moved into the HVAC space, and guided some of the nation’s largest HVAC manufacturers through successful acquisitions.
