Michelle is instrumental in the proposal process at Marina Mechanical Services, which includes reviewing proposals from the Construction Sales Department, tracking bids and helping with pre-qualifications. She also assists project managers with writing sub-contractor contracts, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, warranty letters, operation and maintenance documents and more. Michelle also assists the Custom Metal Department by coordinating work orders and billing.
