As an Estimator, Joe is responsible for performing detailed take-offs and developing accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and controls. Working closely with sales and project management teams, he helps ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations. Joe also tracks and analyzes historical project data to continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of future estimates.

Prior to joining Marina Mechanical, Joe worked as an estimator and project engineer for several mechanical contractors. Before entering the HVAC industry, he spent more than 10 years as a mechanical engineer in the research and development division of a defense contractor, gaining valuable technical expertise that continues to support his work today.
