As Field Manager, Jason is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department and all the field service technicians. He oversees strategic planning, staffing management, training and quality control. Prior to joining Marina Mechanical Services, Jason served as an engineering technician with Contra Costa County. There, he worked in the Public Works Department issuing permits and performing soil, asphalt, and concrete density testing.
