Derek oversees daily Shop operations and ensures project deadlines are met. He coordinates with Project Managers related to project specifications, implements safety procedures, and manages inventory. Derek is also instrumental in supervising and mentoring Apprentices and Pre-Apprentices. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the sheet metal trade, working in positions from Apprentice and Journeyman to Material Expeditor and Shop Foreman.
