Denise is responsible for customer service, scheduling and maintaining timely maintenance and service schedules throughout the year. She manages the daily activities of the service technicians and provides the materials they need to complete their jobs. She also provides direct customer support by managing HVAC system service requests. Denise was previously a teamster for the Local 836 Bottlers Union, working for Coca-Cola and 7Up.
