As Director of Operations, Carna oversees the Service, HR, Marketing and Safety Departments, and the Marina Mechanical Services vehicle fleet. She continually utilizes her extensive background to develop sound processes, teach the best customer service principles and bring the teams together.

Carna has been instrumental in driving culture, professionalism and the overall employee and customer experiences, while sprinkling in some fun. Her leadership philosophy is to embrace each person’s individual strengths and value their input.
