As the President of Construction, Carl has over 41 years of experience in HVAC and architectural sheet metal projects with Marina Mechanical. He attended a two-year program at St. Ambrose University and is a graduate of the Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Program. Involved in every aspect of a project, Carl provides the shop foreman with shop drawings for fabrication, creates and implements construction policies and procedures, and supervises the scheduling of manpower.  He is knowledgeable in every aspect of a project to including piping, controls, and sheet metal.  His management knowledge and skills lend to efficient and cost-effective methods that result in a well-run project.  Carl inspires excellence in the performance of the technicians he employs.  Carl prides himself on finishing projects on time and within budget.  Carl’s strength is in the design/assist arena. He can think on his feet and has an amazing ability to find effective solutions to onsite challenges while holding to the schedule.
