Brock’s primary responsibility is to serve as the single point of service support for new and existing customers. He partners closely with the Marina Mechanical Services’ Sales and Operations teams to create a highly engaged, customer-centered workforce. Brock helps to establish Service Team objectives through forecasting and quotas, and develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies and programs. He also mentors new sales professionals to align them with the company’s mission and business goals.
