Marina Mechanical's construction department offers architectural sheet metal as part of our construction services. We provide and deliver all materials to your job site. Our construction department is headed by Carl Koos, and comprises our HVAC design-build team.
Architectural Sheet Metal
Our ASM department's goal is to successfully estimate, bid, project manage and complete your ASM projects on time. Our ASM group interacts with general contractors, architects, designers, and owners to provide the project specifications and requirements, including scuppers, reglets, gutters, downspouts, wall cladding, and all types of flashing.
Design-Build
HVAC design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity - the design-build team - works under a single contract with the project owner to provide HVAC design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work, from initial design concept through project completion.
Design-build is also known as design/construct and single-source responsibility to successfully deliver stamped engineered drawings for projects such as, office buildings, schools, stadiums, transportation infrastructures etc., with superior results.

Metal Fabrication
Marina Mechanical has an onsite shop for metal fabrication processes that will add value to your design, bidding, and/or construction phases. Metal fabrication involves the construction of ductwork, architectural sheet metal, etc.
Our shop workers will fabricate ductwork and ASM to the architect's, engineer's, general contractors’, and/or owner's specification and deliver them to the job site in a timely manner. Our shop also coordinates logistics/handling of equipment and material to ensure on-time delivery.
